CreatIT recruits the strongest candidates in terms of communication, programming skill and experience. Every staff member is expected to be able to represent themselves via email and Skype at a level of professional distinction.

New hires are trained to critically evaluate specifications. They are encouraged to present ideas as to how specifications can be improved upon both before and during the development process. Their work is critiqued by senior level programmers and quality assurance testers. Feedback is designed to elevate the programmer to the next level of their professional development.

On a once per quarter basis, all staff members are invited to contribute ideas to the CreatIT best new app of the quarter contest. The winning entrant is given forty staff hours to develop and roll out the app and gets a 25% share of revenue generated by the app throughout their career at CreatIT.

Within two years of employment, entry level programmers should attain enough knowledge and experience to be junior level software architects. Within three to five years, they should be able to run their own teams as senior level architects. Senior level architects are able, if interested, to open their own branch of CreatIT anywhere in the world.
